Lockheed Martin, a global leader in aeronautics and electronics, information and global services, and space systems, has requested Win-Win Negotiation Training from the Negotiation Training Institute. Lockheed Martin was seeking a training partner with a proven meeting training curriculum and experience in the technology sector. They had experienced NTI training in other areas, and when representatives from Lockheed Martin audited a NTI negotiations training open seminar, they were able to see the process and results firsthand. The company immediately requested that NTI present a private session of the Win-Win Negotiations workshop for their contractors.

An NTI Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will meet with Lockheed Martin contractors in Houston to deliver the training. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, in enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.  Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
