Chesapeake Energy Corporation, a major producer of natural gas and the most active driller of new wells in the U.S., as a repeat client of The Negotiation Training Institute, has asked NTI to reprise its customized Win-Win Negotiations training for its sales and engineering groups. NTI will conduct a private negotiations workshop for Chesapeake employees. Chesapeake selected NTI to administer their internal training after an extensive vetting and qualification process because of NTI’s ability to customize content and to provide instructors with hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry. NTI is pleased to continue developing its relationship with Chesapeake Energy.
A NTI Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will lead a customized Win-Win Negotiations training program for Chesapeake’s sales and engineering staff in Oklahoma City. Attendees will enhance their negotiation skills by learning methods for handling offers, requests for concessions, and manipulative tactics. NTI’s content includes in-depth analysis of different personality types and how they behave in a negotiation, providing seminar participants with insight into the other party’s thinking processes. Participants will also come to understand the importance of principled “win-win” negotiations to building and preserving long-term business relationships.
