DENSO, a leading supplier of advanced automotive technology, systems and components for all the world's major automakers, has asked The Negotiation Training Institute to deliver workshops on Win-Win Negotiation skills for the benefit of its employees. DENSO was seeking a responsive, flexible, client-oriented training partner which would work to gain an understanding of the company's needs and could offer the high-quality training content needed to meet those needs. After consulting with NTI representatives, DENSO selected the Win-Win Negotiations training workshop for its staff members.

A Senior-Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert will meet with DENSO employees to deliver the workshop in a private, on-site session. This program will provide participants the opportunity to learn practice effective negotiation skills and strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will also gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.
