Munich Reinsurance America, Inc., one of the largest reinsurers in the United States, has asked the Negotiation Training Institute to deliver workshops on Win-Win Negotiation skills for the benefit of its employees. Munich Reinsurance America was seeking a responsive, flexible, client-oriented training partner which would take the time to gain an understanding of the company's needs and offered the high-quality training content necessary to meet those needs. After a consultation with NTI representatives, Munich Re selected NTI's highly rated Win-Win Negotiations training class for its staff.
A Senior-Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert will meet with Munich Re employees to deliver this live, private workshop. The program will provide participants the opportunity to learn practice effective negotiation skills and strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will also gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.
