Allina Health, a non-profit healthcare provider, has been a negotiations training partner with the Negotiation Training Institute, via our parent company Baker Communications, for over 10 years. Allina recently contracted with NTI to deliver another Win-Win Negotiations training course to a group of their employees. Allina relies on NTI to deliver in-depth training with highly applicable tools for daily use in order to create lasting behavior change.

A Senior Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert delivered the two-day workshop in Minneapolis, MN. During this highly interactive training program, participants learned the five phases of negotiations and practiced essential negotiation skills, such as recognizing and responding to behavioral styles, listening to understand, and how to prepare in advance to negotiate. They also learned powerful strategies to improve their tactical skills and to neutralize manipulative tactics, helping to ensure that their negotiations conclude with mutually beneficial win-win results.
