Negotiation Training Institute has contracted with the Western Dairy Association to provide customized negotiations training for its committee members. WDA members have worked with Negotiation Training Institute in the past, and NTI trainers have years of experience working with the dairy industry. The Western Dairy Association was pleased to find that NTI was able to customize the training content to meet their specific needs and provide a trainer for a private session.
An NTI Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will travel to Denver, Colorado to meet with WDA committee members and deliver the training. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations workshop will learn about important negotiations strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle offers and requests, and appropriately plan for trading concessions. Attendees will also learn and practice how to recognize and overcome many common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to NTIy one step ahead throughout any negotiation process.
