Win-Win Negotiations Training for the NEOGARD Division

Negotiation Training Institute has contracted with Neogard, a division of Jones-Blair Company and the world's leading producer of elastomeric coatings used in construction, to provide Win-Win Negotiations training for its sales team.  Neogard was seeking an experienced training partner with quality negotiations content and outstanding trainers.  Neogard was impressed with NTI’s instructors and the course content of their Win-Win Negotiations seminar. They contracted with NTI in the confidence that the training seminar would provide their sales professionals with the necessary tools to create beneficial outcomes in any situation.

A NTI Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will meet with the Neogard sales team to deliver the training.  Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to get and stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.  Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
