SABIC, one of the world's largest petrochemicals manufacturers, has asked the Negotiation Training Institute to deliver a negotiation and influencing skills workshop for its representatives. SABIC was seeking a soft-skills training program to help its staff members influence decision-making processes and improve their effectiveness in negotiations. NTI was able to offer local trainers with industry expertise and a course combining win-win negotiation skills with consultative influencing skills.

Senior-Level the Negotiation Training Institute Instructors, Sales and Negotiations Experts will deliver the Influencing Skills workshop for SABIC employees in Houston. During this interactive training program, participants will learn to assess others using effective questioning skills and consultative techniques. They will also learn how to use emotional intelligence and influencing skills to achieve the results they want while ensuring that their negotiations are conflict-free, building and preserving important business relationships.
