Sphera was seeking a responsive, flexible, client-oriented training partner which would take the time to gain an understanding of the company's needs and offered the high-quality training content needed to meet those needs. After a consultation with NTI representatives, Sphera selected NTI's highly rated Win-Win Negotiations training class for its staff.
A Senior-Level NTI Instructor and Negotiations Expert will meet with Sphera employees to deliver this live, private workshop. The program will provide participants the opportunity to learn practice effective negotiation skills and strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will also gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout the negotiation process.
